目的 研究一种抗菌织物的抗菌性能,评价其实际应用中的卫生价值.方法 采用振荡瓶试验和细菌定量培养法,测定某抗菌织物体外抑菌效果.结果 未经洗涤的该抗菌织物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率均为100％;该抗菌织物经过洗涤20次和50重复洗涤,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为99.99％和92.78％,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为99.99％和95.42％,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为99.48％和93.72％.结论 该抗菌织物的抗菌作用随着洗涤次数的增加而减弱,但反复洗涤50次之后仍具有一定的抗菌作用,符合抗菌材料的各级别的要求.“,”Objective To study the antibacterial property of an antibacterial fabric ,and evaluate health value of the anti-bacterial fabric in practical application.Methods Antibacterial effect of the antibacterial fabric in vitro were tested by os-cillation methods and bacterial quantitative culture methods.Results The antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli,Staphylococ-cus aureus and Candida albicans were all 100％when exposed to the unwashed antibacterial fabric.After washing the anti-bacterial fabric for 20 and 50 times,the antibacterial rate of E.coli was 99.99％and 92.78％respectively,the antibacterial rates of Staphylococcus aureus were 99.99％and 95.42％respectively and the antibacterial rates of Candida albicans were 99.48％and 93.72％respectively.Conclusion Antibacterial effect of the antibacterial fabric decreased with the increas-ing of washing times.But it still has certain antibacterial effect after 50 times of washing ,which meet the requirements of an-timicrobial materials at all levels.
