作为一本青年思想修养读物,应该针对我国当前青年的思想实际.用共产主义的先进思想武器,批判形形色色的资产阶级思想,以共产主义思想教育青年。江西人民出版社出版、慧明编写的《人活着为了什么》一书却没有这样做,相反地倒是传布了不少编写者在主观上要批判的东西。谁都不能否认,我国人民在党和毛泽东同志的领导下,不但在生产战线上取得了史无前例的辉煌成就,而且人们的思想面貌,特别是青年一代的思想面貌发生了根本的变化。新中国建国十年来,我国人民经过各种伟大的运动,尤其是整风和反对资产阶级右派的斗争,广大青年更加明确了自已的前进方向。懂得了生活的目的,各种非无产阶级的思想受到了有力地批判和打击,因而青年的共产主义觉悟空前提高,这是基本的,主要的一
