同志们:去年12月初,国务院召开了全国沿海地区对外开放工作会议。中央和国务院领导同志的指示和会议文件都明确了沿海地区当前的主要任务是“坚持两个坚定不移”:一是治理、整顿要坚定不移。二是实施沿海地区经济发展战略要坚定不移。并把这两方面的工作密切结合起来。同时在指导思想上还强调了:要“抓住机遇,坚定不移,扎扎实实,稳步前进”。这次会议在梧州市召开,主要任务是在总结我区一年来对外开放工作的基础上,重点讨论如何“坚持两个坚定不移”的问题。下面我讲几点意见:
Comrades: At the beginning of December last year, the State Council held a working conference on opening up the country’s coastal areas. The instructions of the leading comrades of the Central Government and the State Council as well as the documents of the conference have made it clear that the current main task of the coastal areas is “to insist on two unswerving means”: First, to govern and rectification should be firm and unwavering. Second, we must unswervingly implement the strategy of economic development in the coastal areas. And combine these two aspects of work closely. At the same time, the guiding ideology also emphasizes: to “seize the opportunity, unswervingly, solidly and steadily”. The meeting was held in Wuzhou. Its main task is to focus on the issue of “adhering to the two unwavering promises” based on the conclusion of our country’s opening to the outside world in the past year. next, I will state a few of my opinions:
