本文论述了对国产ZJ—45J型钻机提升系统静动态载荷进行综合测试的结果。通过计算、绘制曲线和载荷谱及验算等手段,整理分析了七个方面的测试数据:(1)判明了提升各部件的安全系数;(2)说明了提升动载(包括振动)相对于时间的变化规律、求得各动载系数;(3)证明了滚筒的角速度、角加速度与提升动载之间的关系;(4)测得了各档的实际换挡载荷,得出不同的功率储备系数;(5)根据所测提升钢丝绳的动拉力取得单滑轮效率值和游动系统效率值;(6)测定有关提升钻柱重量与柴油机转速、钻柱提升线速度的关系及300吨钩载下井架顶部下沉量等;(7)测定绞车刹带在下钻对的动拉力,判明沿刹带周边拉力的分布规律及下钻动载系数。
