在三氰基甲基阴离子存在下,CuCl2与氟康唑在H2O/CH3OH介质中自组装得到配位聚合物{[Cu(HFlu)2Cl2](H2O)4}n(1).单晶X-射线衍射实验表明,标题化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数为a=2.3431(8)nm,b=0.9456(3)nm,c=1.984(1)nm,β=123.444(4)o,V=3.668(3)nm3,Z=4.每个铜离子分别与4个不同氟康唑配体上的三唑氮原子以及一对氯离子配位,其八面体几何构型表现出典型的姜-泰勒效应.氟康唑分子将相邻的铜离子连接起来,形成波浪层状配位网络结构.主体骨架与客体水分子之间的氢键相互作用进一步稳定了此结构.
In the presence of tricyanoin anion, CuCl2 and fluconazole were self-assembled in H2O / CH3OH to obtain the coordination polymer {[Cu (HFlu) 2Cl2] (H2O) 4} n The results of XRD showed that the title compound belongs to the monoclinic space group C2 / c with a = 2.3431 (8) nm, b = 0.9456 (3) nm, c = 1.984 (1) nm and β = 123.444 (4) o, V = 3.668 (3) nm3, Z = 4. Each copper ion coordinates with the triazole nitrogen atom and a pair of chlorine ions on four different fluconazole ligands, respectively, and the octahedral geometry Type shows the typical ginger-Taylor effect. Fluconazole molecules connect adjacent copper ions to form a wavy layered coordination network structure. The hydrogen bond interaction between the host framework and guest water molecules further stabilizes this structure .
