The development of technology has changed human life and restricted the content and form of human communication activities. Contemporary electronic computer network technology has broken into our life and entered the world of contemporary Chinese written language, forcing us to update the previous concepts of applied writing and to change the traditional law of written text format to improve the efficiency of written communication .
