随着我国现代化工业的发展,在电子、胶片、精密加工、制药、食品、计算机房、医院、生物工程等领域对空气净化提出了越来越严格的要求。另一方面,我国经济尚处在发展中,各单位普遍经费紧张,近年来这种矛盾尤为突出。北京市科学技术研究院研制的可拆卸式低阻亚高效过滤器,以及由此发展的空气净化设备,经过三年中试已显示出其净化投资省、运行成本低、便于维护保养及节能等优越性,为解决这一矛盾提供了一条可行途径。本文就该技术的特点及运用予以论述。
With the development of China’s modern industry, increasingly stringent requirements have been placed on air purification in the fields of electronics, film, precision processing, pharmaceuticals, food, computer rooms, hospitals, and bioengineering. On the other hand, China’s economy is still developing, and the general funding of all units is tense. This contradiction has been particularly prominent in recent years. The detachable low-impedance sub-high-efficiency filter developed by the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, and the air purification equipment developed therefrom, after three years of pilot tests, has demonstrated its clean investment, low operating costs, ease of maintenance and energy conservation, etc. Superiority provides a feasible way to solve this contradiction. This article discusses the features and applications of the technology.
