面对国内汽车企业近期掀起的海外上市浪潮,人们心中不禁涌起无数个疑问:国内汽车企业缘何钟情于海外上市?正当国内车市和股市处于双低迷、香港股市内地汽车股价也一路下跌之时,选择海外上市于汽车企业而言是否真是最佳时机?海外上市的举动又是否会对国内A股市场中的汽车股产生冲击?“,”When foreign auto manufacturers gear up to expand capacity in China, China's local auto makers found that lack of capital is becoming a more and more overwhleming obstacle for further development; although China economy has maintained a surprisingly quick growth rate in the last four years, China's stock market did not present promising prosperity unexpectedly; this bad situation forces many Chinese local auto makers move eyes to overseas stock market for IPO; However, since April 2004, China's auto market has plummeted, and correspondingly prices of overseas listed China auto companies slipped down. Facing this situation, two questions remain: one is whether the timing is time for companies to pursue overseas IPO;. the other is whether overseas IPO will hurt China's domestic stock market with huge high-quality assets flowing abroad.
