利用力学性能测试和金相组织观察等手段对连铸辊子进行失效分析。结果表明,连铸辊子的疲劳断裂是由于存在应力腐蚀等原因。针对断裂失效原因,提出了工艺改进措施,经生产实践,效果良好。
The failure analysis of continuous casting roller was carried out by means of mechanical properties test and microstructure observation. The results show that the continuous casting roller fatigue fracture is due to the existence of stress corrosion and other reasons. Aiming at the reason of fracture failure, the measures of process improvement are put forward. After production practice, the effect is good.
