我们桦南县是全省贫困县之一,经济一直不景气,去年全县又遭受了50年未遇的特大洪涝灾害,使本来就十分紧张的地方财力又增加了难以承受的负担。在这样的情况下,要完成《黑龙江档案》订阅的任务,困难是可想而知的。但是,由于我们采取了有效措施,克服了困难,挖掘了潜力,完成了任务。我们的三点做法是:一、领导重视,纳入日程当我们接到省局征订通知时,进行了认真的分析研究。根据1994年《黑龙江档案》的征订情况及我县的实际,我们感到面临的困难很大,完成征订任务难度也很大。同时,我们也意识到,《黑龙江档案》是我们全省档案战线沟通工作情况,反馈各种信息,交流经验体会,指导全省档案工作的良师益友,发行《黑龙江档案》,是全省档案工作者的共同任务,我们有责任通过开展征订工
