目前我国法治建设滞后,经济呈现很明显的“半市场化”特征,这已经成为制约我国市场经济进一步发展的瓶颈,具体表现在法律制度尚不够完善、政府权力过大、对公民的人身权和财产权保护不力等方面。本文提出了三项具体建议:一是进一步完善法律制度,强化权利保护,促进公平竞争;二是推动政府机构改革,完善行政执法机制,理顺政府与市场的关系;三是深化司法体制改革,保障法治的市场经济建设顺利进行。
At present, the legal construction in our country lags behind and the economy is characterized by obvious “semi-marketization.” This has become a bottleneck restricting the further development of the market economy in our country. This is manifested in the fact that the legal system is not yet perfect, the government has too much power and the citizens’ personal rights And poor protection of property rights and other aspects.
