对32例信息叠加心电图异常的陈旧性心肌梗塞伴心绞痛病人作体外反搏治疗,结果显示治疗后信息叠加心电图时域参数QRS末振幅低于40μV的时间(LAS),QRS末40ms的平方根电压(RMS)明显升高(P<0.05),治疗前后频域分析结果无显著变化(P>0.05).提示体外反搏对陈旧性心肌梗塞有治疗效果.治疗后信息叠加心电图时域指标LAS,RMS的改变与心肌梗塞病人恶性心律失常发生率有待于进一步研究.
Thirty-two patients with old myocardial infarction with angina pectoris who had abnormal electrocardiogram superimposed by information were treated with external counterpulsation. The results showed that the amplitude of QRS amplitude was below 40μV (LAS), the square root voltage of 40ms after QRS (P <0.05), before and after treatment, there was no significant change in the results of frequency domain analysis (P> 0.05), which indicates that EECP has a therapeutic effect on old myocardial infarction.After treatment, the time domain electrocardiogram LAS, RMS The change and the incidence of malignant arrhythmia in patients with myocardial infarction need further study.
