随着芯片处理能力的迅速提高,交换机内部由报文转发机制所造成的瓶颈亟需解决。介绍了在华为新型(S6500系列)交换机上实现报文三层转发的分布式处理系统的原理,详述了分布式交换机对整机三层转发表的维护机制及ARP的分布式处理和表项同步机制。
With the rapid increase of chip processing capability, the bottleneck caused by the packet forwarding mechanism inside the switch needs to be solved urgently. Introduces the principle of distributed processing system that implements Layer 3 forwarding of packets on Huawei’s new (S6500 series) switches. It also describes the maintenance mechanism of distributed forwarding on the Layer 3 forwarding table and the distributed processing and entries of ARP entries Synchronization mechanism.
