今年前9个月,全国契税已累计入库372.81亿元,比上年同期增长56.37%,预计全年收入将接近500亿元,是近年来我国24个税种中收入增长最快的税种。据国家税务总局介绍,1997年《中华人民共和国契税暂行条例》实施后,全国当年的契税收入只有32亿元,1999年就超过了100亿元,2002年增长到243亿元,去年达到359.43亿元,增长率为47.91%,高出全国税收增长率近30个百分点。
