为了解决甘肃河西走廊制种玉米田有机肥投入量少、化肥超量施用、土壤有机质含量低、导致土壤板结的问题,采用田间试验方法,研究了有机生态肥对制种玉米田理化性质和吉祥一号玉米经济效益的影响。结果表明,影响玉米产量的因素依次为玉米专用肥>牛粪>聚乙烯醇,有机生态肥配方组合为聚乙烯醇30kg、玉米专用肥1800kg、牛粪30000kg。有机生态肥施用量与玉米产量间的肥料效应回归方程为y=5.15+0.0552x-0.00006195x2,最佳施用量为31.96t/hm2。不同处理制种玉米田容重由大到小的变化顺序依次为不施肥(对照)>传统化肥>有机生态肥;总孔隙度、饱和持水量、团聚体、有机质、玉米经济性状和产量由大到小的变化顺序依次为有机生态肥>传统化肥>不施肥(对照)。在制种玉米田上施用有机生态肥,有效地改善了土壤的理化性质,提高了制种玉米的经济效益。
