蔡庄水库由于输水洞泄量小,库区地形复杂,流域内水土流失严重和水沙调节不当等原因,水库从1960年拦洪蓄水运用到1989年,水库淤积1260万m3,淤积占总库容2070万m3的61.87%。本文介绍了水库的淤积现状,建立了水沙数学模型,分析了水库的水沙特征和水库淤积的主要因素,在此基础上提出了水库减淤要求的泄流排沙建筑物规模和合理的水沙调度运用方式,以及加快流域内的水土保持治理等对策,为水库的改造和合理运用提供了决策依据。
