因核电循环水涵洞施工已经历了岭澳、宁德、红沿河、阳江等项目的实施,基本方案已比较成熟,本文针对防城港核电循环水涵洞施工特点,借鉴以往项目经验,对模板体系进行了总结,并通过在模板设计中引入转动机构、调整模板材料、调整施工工序等细部结构改进,以期简化拆装、重复利用,减小抗浮投入。希望对后续工程起到一定借鉴。
Because of the construction of circulating water culverts of nuclear power plants which have undergone the implementation of such projects as Ling’ao, Ningde, Hongyanhe and Yangjiang, the basic schemes have been quite mature. According to the construction characteristics of the reclaimed water culvert in Fangchenggang nuclear power station and the experience of previous projects, Summarize, and through the introduction of rotating mechanism in the template design, adjust the template material, adjust the construction process and other details of the structural improvements, in order to simplify disassembly, reuse, reduce anti-floating investment. Hope that the follow-up project to play a certain reference.
