我在日本研修期间,曾在某公司实习卫生间的配套工作。现将该公司这方面的情况作一简介。该公司专门从事卫生间配套工作的部门称UB事务所,承担从宣传、订货、生产、制造、发运直至组织安装施工的全部工作。大致分为营业、生产制造和施工服务三大环节。事务所在全国各地设有营业所和产品仓库,从事宣传、洽谈生意、接受订货、发运和仓库的管理等工作,就近订货,就近发运,避免了客户长途跑路和产品的重复运输。在施工服务中,和施工单位挂钩,确定专门从事卫生间安装施工的人员,提高了施工的速度和质量。
During my studies in Japan, I used to work as a partner in a company’s bathroom. This is a brief introduction of the company’s situation in this area. The company’s department specializing in supporting work of toilets called the UB office, which is responsible for everything from propaganda, ordering, production, manufacturing, shipping to organization installation and construction. It can be broadly divided into three major areas of business, manufacturing and construction services. The firm has offices and product warehouses throughout the country to engage in publicity, business negotiations, ordering, shipping, and warehouse management. The nearest orders are placed and shipped close to the market, avoiding customers’ long-distance running routes and repeated product shipments. In the construction service, it is linked with the construction unit to identify the personnel who are specialized in the installation of the bathroom and improve the speed and quality of the construction.
