2003年4月4日,沈阳市中级人民法院依法公开开庭审理备受关注的沈阳“1·18”爆炸持枪抢劫运钞车案。经过10个小时的法庭调查,法院当庭作出一审判决,以爆炸罪、故意杀人罪、抢劫罪判处被告张显辉、张显明、李彦波死刑,剥夺政治权利终身;以抢劫罪判处被告李彦斌死刑,剥夺政治权利终身。四被告均当庭表示服判,不再上诉。
On April 4, 2003, Shenyang Intermediate People’s Court held a public hearing of the “1.18” explosive gun-robbery car accident in Shenyang, which was closely watched by Shenyang Intermediate People’s Court according to law. After 10 hours of court investigation, the court made the first instance verdict in court, and sentenced the defendants Zhang Xianhui, Zhang Xianming and Li Yanbo to death and deprivation of political rights for life in an explosion of explosions, intentional homicide and robbery. They also sentenced the defendant Li Yanbin to death and deprivation of politics Rights for life. The four defendants all expressed their judgment and no longer appealed.
