目前全世界都存在能源短缺,而我国又是一个能源消耗大国,每年要从国外进口大量的石油和天然气等,我国人均资源和能源相对贫乏,不到世界人均水平的一半,而我国能源利用率又低,大约为30%。我国单位建筑面积能耗相当于发达国家的2~3倍,由此可见节能工作潜力很大。节能工作又关系到技术进步和缓解能需矛盾,是支持国民经济迅速发展的重要一环。这里在阐述电气节能设计应遵循的原则的基础上,从不同角度提出了建筑电气技术在节能上的合理应用。
