二甲基乙酰胺是生产多种高分子化合物、杀虫剂、药物的原料和中间体,工业用途十分广泛,易经口、皮肤及呼吸道进入人体;乙二胺为生产氨基甲酸乙酯的中间体,具有中等毒性和腐蚀性。有关这两种物质毒性报道很少。作者报道了一例职业接触二甲基乙酰胺和乙二胺混合物的中毒情况。 患者为一32岁男性工人,被含有0.5%乙二胺、34.5%氨基甲酸乙酯和65%二甲基乙酰胺混合物的烟雾熏倒。约90min后才被发现脱离现场。很快出现中枢神经系统症状(精神错乱、躁动和谵妄)和皮肤灼伤,送入医院医治。 入院时病人发热,39℃,双眼结膜明显充血,左前臂、躯干、臀部皮部灼伤,病人呈昏迷状态,入院
