本文首先介绍了多脉冲激励LPC方案的原理和用于该方案脉冲搜索的改进的最大互相关法,并根据计算机对该算法的语音编译码方案模拟的结果,进行了深入的分析和讨论。最后,介绍了采用一片TMS 32020数字信号处理器做为中心处理器的9.6k bit/s多脉冲激励LPC语音信号编译码器。该编译码器合成的语音信号的质量逼近56k bit/s的标准PCM电话语音信号的质量。
In this paper, the principle of multi-pulse excited LPC scheme and the improved maximum cross-correlation method for pulse search of this scheme are introduced firstly. And the results of computer simulation of speech coding and decoding schemes are analyzed and discussed in depth. Finally, a 9.6k bit / s multi-pulse excited LPC speech signal codec using a TMS 32020 digital signal processor as a central processor is introduced. The quality of the speech signal synthesized by this codec approximates the quality of a standard PCM telephone voice signal of 56k bit / s.
