肝硬化食管静脉破裂出血是内科危重症,首次出血病死率可达50%～70。我们自1987年9月起,在内镜下注射硬化剂,治疗急诊食管静脉破裂出血42例,止血成功40例(95.2%),疗效满意。
Cirrhosis esophageal variceal bleeding is a medical critical illness, the first case of bleeding mortality up to 50% ~ 70. We since September 1987, endoscopic injection of sclerosing agent in the treatment of emergency esophageal bleeding in 42 cases, hemostasis in 40 cases (95.2%), with satisfactory results.
