已知吗啡对新生动物或人的毒性大于成年动物或人。盐酸二氢埃托啡(dihydroetorphine,DHE)是一个强效吗啡样镇痛药,本实验以LD_(50)为指标,观察DHE与盐酸吗啡(morphine,Mor)对大鼠个体发育毒性的差异。
It is known that morphine is more toxic to newborn animals or humans than adult animals or humans. Hydrogenated dihydroetorphine (DHE) is a potent morphine-like analgesic. LD_ (50) was used as an index to observe the differences in the individual developmental toxicity of DHE and morphine (Mor) to rats.
