(六)盐炒此法的操作,一般是先将药物置鉄锅内炒热,再以盐水喷,撒上,亦有先用盐水将药材拌湿渗透后,再入鍋加热拌炒者,均以炒至药物表面微黄,内部不焦,并能臭到其固有的气味为度。然后取出,晾干,卽成。其目的是为了使药物“入腎软坚,下行不燥”。此外,并有防腐和矯味的意义。例:杜仲〔炮制法〕(1)取杜仲置錫内加热微炒,边炒边洒上盐水,約1小时炒至折断时不见白丝,表皮呈黑褐色为度,取出,放晾卽得。每鍋約炒5——6斤,損耗30%(南城)。杜仲每10斤用盐4两,水0.5斤。 (2)取已切片的杜仲,噴淋盐水,拌匀,放潤4小时,使全部吸尽,置鍋内酌量洒入麦麸,微火加
