患者,男,25岁.因发热5天,出疹伴鼻衄3天于1992年12月18日入院.患者于12月13日起发热、干咳、伴流涕流泪及畏光,次日出现红色皮疹,先在颈后,2日内播及全身,无出血疹,同时鼻衄4次,为鲜红色,量共约80Oml,大便带血丝,伴腰病及酱油色尿,尿量正常.曾在当地按“上感”治疗数日无效,转入我院.既往健康.无麻疹预防接种史,近期有与麻疹患者的密切接触史.
