新时期的治黄目标要求全面实现黄河信息化。随着Internet的接入 ,黄委广域网的安全形势发生了很大变化 ,信息化安全的问题亦日益突出。基于黄委的网络现状 ,其信息安全系统的建设应从技术安全措施、安全管理措施、评估安全保障体系等三个方面来完成。
The Yellow River Targets in the New Period Call for Full Implementation of Informationization of the Yellow River. With the Internet access, the Yellow River Commission WAN security situation has undergone great changes, the issue of information security is also increasingly prominent. Based on the status quo of the Yellow River Network, the construction of its information security system should be completed in three aspects: technical security measures, safety management measures and assessment of safety assurance system.
