本工作观察了向早孕小鼠子宫内直接注射不同浓度的雪莲水煎剂,对终止小鼠早期妊娠的作用,并从剂量、效果等方面与腹腔注射进行了比较。结果表明,宫内局部用药同样有明显的终止早期妊娠的作用。其终止妊娠的方式,也与腹腔注射完全一致。比较同剂量的宫内和腹腔注射时,其终止妊娠效果均以宫内注射为高,这说明子宫内局部用药确有以最小剂量收到最大效果的优点。
In this study, we observed the effect of injecting different concentrations of Saussurea medusa into the uterus of early pregnant mice on the termination of early pregnancy, and compared the dose and effect with intraperitoneal injection. The results show that intrauterine topical medication also marked termination of early pregnancy. The way of termination of pregnancy, but also with the intraperitoneal injection exactly. Compared with the same dose of intrauterine and intraperitoneal injection, the effect of termination of pregnancy are intrauterine injection is high, indicating that intrauterine topical does have the advantage of receiving the maximum effect at the minimum dose.
