中国的国有企业打破了传统的国有企业模式,成为我们所见到过的最为庞大的国有企业,在海外也处处彰显其存在。几十年来,中国国企一直试图模仿外国企业社会责任,但成果有限,也缺乏明确的方式方法。企业社会责任事关一家公司的价值观,当这家公司为国有时,企业的价值观便是一国政府的价值观。中国不能盲从西方价值观。在西方价值观的指引下,西方公司以最贫穷大众的利益为代价换取了公司股东的利益最大化。西方也为此付出了惨重的
China’s state-owned enterprises have broken the traditional model of state-owned enterprises and become the largest state-owned enterprises we have ever seen, and their presence is everywhere overseas. For decades, Chinese state-owned enterprises have been trying to imitate the social responsibility of foreign enterprises, but with limited achievements and lack of clear ways and means. Corporate social responsibility concerns the values of a company. When the company is state-owned, the corporate values are the values of a government. China can not blindly follow Western values. Under the guidance of Western values, western companies exchange the interests of the shareholders of the company for the maximum benefit at the expense of the poorest people.
