浙江省最近制定一系列措施,坚决制止毁林开垦和乱占林地的行为,以切实保护森林资源,防止水土流失。根据森林保护中出现的问题,浙江省政府决定,从现在起暂停审批综合开发使用林地的规划,工程建设确需用地的,由省政府报国务院批准,决不允许先占后批。凡继续毁林开垦或未经批准擅自占用林地、未批先用的,要依法从严查处,追究有关领导和人员的责任。对已经发生占用林地的,要在清查的基础上,分清类型,分别处理。如违背国家有关规定占用林地的,一律责令停止,予以查处。属于少批多占、化整为零、越权
Zhejiang Province has recently formulated a series of measures to resolutely put an end to the deforestation and indiscriminate occupation of forest land in order to effectively protect forest resources and prevent soil erosion. According to the problems in the forest protection, the Zhejiang provincial government decided to temporarily suspend the approval of the plan for the comprehensive development and utilization of forest land and the construction of the land needed for construction. The provincial government will report to the State Council for approval and the preemptive approval will by no means be allowed.
