本文研究了四种新的国产青霉素类及二种氨基糖甙类药物对斑氏还原法及葡萄糖氧化酶试纸法测定尿糖的影响。结果表明青霉素类药物能干扰斑氏法测定结果,干扰作用与被测液中药物浓度和葡萄糖浓度有关。氨基糖甙类药物不干扰斑氏法测定。葡萄糖氧化酶试纸法测定尿糖均不受上述两类药物干扰。
In this paper, the effects of four new domestic penicillins and two aminoglycosides on the determination of urinary sugar by the blotting reduction method and the glucose oxidase test strip method were studied. The results show that penicillins can interfere with the results of the determination of the spot method, the interference effect and the measured drug concentration and glucose concentration. Aminoglycosides do not interfere with the spotted assay. Glucose oxidase test strips urine were not affected by the above two types of drugs interference.
