小学,是孩童学习启蒙、认知世界、形成基本价值观和品德培养的重要时期,因此,小学教育对孩童的发展是尤为重要的,应该得到教学者和家长们的重视。小学教育应该重视孩子的心灵成长,为其引导正确的价值取向,不能因为一时的学习成绩或排名,对孩子施加不当的惩罚,造成心灵的成长造成不健康的影响,而这些教育的责任,绝大多数是靠班主任来承担和引导的,因此,更应重视小学班主任工作中存在的问题,用更好的方法解决,提高其工作质量。
