最近,中央云南省委、云南省人民政府发文批准了我省林业发展十年规划和“八五”计划。本刊这一期摘登了文件要点。发达的林业,是国家富强,民族繁荣的标志。林业,是整个国民经济的组成部分。森林不仅具有经济效益,更重要的是,还有社会效益和生态效益。林业的兴衰成败,对国民经济和社会发展关系极大。“凡事豫则立,不豫则废”,为了保证全省国民经济与社会发展十年规划和“八五”计划的实现,制定全省林业发展十年规划与“八五”计划,并组织全省各族群众按时按质按量实现计划与规划,其重要意义,不言自明。
