氨液分离器是重力供液系统中不可缺少的关键设备。它用来分离节流后的低压氨液中所带的闪发气体,以及分离蒸发器回气中的氨液,同时,所带调节站还起到调剂分配氨液的作用。江苏省南通某厂三百吨冷库自投产8年多以来,机器设备运行基本正常,该冷库采用重力供液系统,其中冷藏三百吨,结冻间有三个,总结冻量为40吨,分-28℃、-33℃两个系统。设两只氨液分离器,氨液分离器及调节站接管见图1。
