目的:通过应用Lewis肺癌移植性肿瘤小鼠模型,观察桑黄云芝胶囊的抑瘤及抗转移作用。方法:C57 BL/6小鼠右腋皮下接种Lewis肺癌瘤株,连续ig给药21 d后,处死动物,摘取瘤体称重,并计算肿瘤生长抑制率。剥离鼠肺,用Bouin氏液固定,解剖镜下计数肺部正反面及肺叶间的转移瘤集落数。结果:桑黄云芝胶囊高、中、低3个剂量对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长均有明显的抑制作用(与模型组比较,P<0.05),抑瘤率分别为21.2%,21.0%,24.6%。桑黄云芝胶囊高剂量组Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠肺转移集落明显少于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:桑黄云芝胶囊对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长具有明显抑制作用,并可抑制Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的肺转移,以高剂量最为明显。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-tumor and anti-metastasis effects of Phellinus linteus capsule by applying Lewis lung carcinoma transplanted tumor model in mice. Methods: Lewis lung carcinoma cells were inoculated subcutaneously in the right axilla of C57 BL / 6 mice. Animals were sacrificed after continuous ig administration for 21 days. The tumors were weighed and the tumor growth inhibition rate was calculated. The stripped rat lungs were fixed with Bouin’s solution and the number of metastatic colonies between the front and the back of the lungs and between lobes was counted under a dissecting microscope. Results: The results showed that high, medium and low doses of Phellodendron chuanxiong capsule could significantly inhibit the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma tumor-bearing mice (P <0.05 compared with the model group), and the tumor inhibition rates were 21.2% and 21.0% , 24.6%. Phellinus igniarius capsule high-dose Lewis lung cancer tumor-bearing mice lung metastasis was significantly less than the model group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Phellinus lucidum capsule can significantly inhibit tumor growth in Lewis lung cancer-bearing mice and inhibit pulmonary metastasis in Lewis lung cancer-bearing mice, which is the most obvious at high dose.
