利用微弯传感器和具有硬中心的小位移平膜片设计而成的光纤微弯压力传感器,可以用来测量气体或液体的压力。气体或液体的压力作用在平膜片上,使得平膜片的硬中心产生微小位移,通过微弯传感器使得光纤中传输光产生损耗。检测输出光的变化,经光电转换及放大、运算、调理电路,从而获得压力的大小。本文给出了传感器的基本结构,并研究了其传感机理。该光纤微弯压力传感器能够组成分布式光纤测试系统,具有机械调零、过载保护功能。
Optical micro-bend pressure sensors designed with a micro-bend sensor and a small displacement flat diaphragm with a hard center can be used to measure gas or liquid pressure. The pressure of the gas or liquid acts on the flat diaphragm, causing a slight displacement of the hard diaphragm of the flat diaphragm. The transmission of the light in the optical fiber through the microbend sensor causes loss. Detect changes in the output light, the photoelectric conversion and amplification, computing, conditioning circuits, in order to obtain the size of the pressure. In this paper, the basic structure of the sensor is given and its sensing mechanism is studied. The optical micro-bend pressure sensor can form a distributed optical fiber test system, with mechanical zero, overload protection.
