随着我国高校招生规模日益扩大,受家庭、经济、学习环境的变化,高校校园内的特殊学生群体人际交往等问题随之凸显。每一个人处于社会中离不开人际交往需求,良好的人际关系是社会和谐及个人获得自由与发展的基础。本文提出关注高校特殊学生在人际交往中存在的种种问题及产生的原因,在素质教育中分析个体的思想和行为方式,针对人际交往能力培养问题,高等学校应实施“特殊”的教育方式,加强对高校特殊学生人际交往能力的培养及引导。
With the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities in our country, due to the change of family, economy and learning environment, the problems such as interpersonal communication of special student groups on campus are highlighted. Everyone in society can not do without the need of interpersonal communication. Good interpersonal relationship is the foundation of social harmony and personal freedom and development. This paper puts forward the problems that concern special college students in interpersonal communication and their causes. It analyzes individual thoughts and behaviors in quality education. For the cultivation of interpersonal skills, colleges and universities should implement “special ” education , To enhance the training of college students and special interpersonal skills and guidance.
