近年来,我们在围绕提高人造金刚石孕镶钻头使用寿命和钻进时效的研究试验工作中,针对人造孕镶钻头在钻进过程中唇面金刚石脱落的现象,摸索对人造金刚石电化学覆镀金属膜工艺(简称覆膜),并用覆膜金刚石制作不同胎体性能的热压孕镶钻头,开展了生产试验对比。试验资料表明:在金刚石品级相同的条件下,金刚石经过覆膜处理后,对孕镶的使用寿命和钻进时效均有较大的影响,它是提高人造孕镶钻头制造质量的有效途径之一。
