中国科学院作为科技国家队和国家高级科技人才的培养基地,始终以建设高级科技人才培养体系、造就大批拔尖创新人才为己任,在新中国科技人才培养体系形成过程中发挥了不可替代的火车头作用。进入新世纪以来,更加坚持以先进的理念指导人才工作的创新实践,逐步形成了符合中科院发展定位的人力资源战略和人才培养体系,人才工作取得显著成效。
As a training base for science and technology national teams and national senior scientists and technicians, CAS has always taken the task of building a system of cultivating advanced science and technology personnel and creating a large number of top-notch innovative talents. It has played an irreplaceable role as a locomotive in the formation of a new system of science and technology personnel training in the PRC. Since entering the new century, we have insisted on guiding the innovative practice of talent work with advanced concepts and gradually formed a human resources strategy and personnel training system that is in line with the development orientation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The work of personnel has achieved remarkable results.
