The author through many years of aerobics teaching work, sum up experience. It is clarified how to make use of the characteristics and teaching methods of aerobics teaching in the process of teaching so as to cultivate the good psychological state of female college students and promote their psychological quality so as to prepare them well for their physical and mental health toward the society.
