鲁米诺在碱性条件下,可以被高锰酸钾氧化产生化学发光,亚甲蓝能显著增强该化学发光。基于这点,结合流动注射技术建立了测定亚甲蓝的化学发光新方法。在优化的实验条件下,测定亚甲蓝的线性范围为1.0×10-7~5.0×10-5mol/L,检出限为3.9×10-8mol/L,对1.0×10-5mol/L亚甲蓝进行9次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为1.0%。方法已用于注射液中亚甲蓝的测定。
Luminol can be oxidized by potassium permanganate to produce chemiluminescence under alkaline conditions, and methylene blue can significantly enhance the chemiluminescence. Based on this, a new chemiluminescence method for the determination of methylene blue was established with flow injection technique. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of methylene blue was 1.0 × 10-7 ~ 5.0 × 10-5mol / L, the detection limit was 3.9 × 10-8mol / L, and 1.0 × 10-5mol / L A blue for 9 times parallel determination, the relative standard deviation of 1.0%. The method has been used for the determination of methylene blue in injection.
