介绍了BBP122Q型小径木环式剥皮机的刀盘液压系统的工作原理以及液压系统在实际应用中出现的问题。针对因木材圆度不佳而造成的木材剥皮不充分、过度剥皮的现象,提出了改进后的刀盘液压系统方案,并且应用AMESim软件对改进前后的液压工作系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明,改进后的液压系统能够有效地改善木材剥皮不充分、过度剥皮的现象,并延长刀具使用寿命。
This paper introduces the working principle of cutterhead hydraulic system of BBP122Q small-diameter wood-ring peeling machine and the problems of hydraulic system in practical application. Aiming at the phenomenon of inadequate peeling and excessive peeling of wood due to poor circularity of wood, an improved hydraulic system scheme of cutterhead was put forward. And AMESim software was used to simulate the hydraulic working system before and after the improvement. The simulation results show that the improved hydraulic system can effectively improve the wood peeling is not enough, the phenomenon of excessive skinning, and extend tool life.
