一、引 言 近年来,有限元方法已被许多学者用来解浅水波方程,如潮汐潮流、近海环流、污染扩散等,也有用来讨论风暴潮问题的.本文给出用于风暴潮分析的一种有限元方法. 我国是一个多风暴潮的国家,因此,沿海地区防御风暴潮是很重要的.至今已提出单站预报、动力统计、差分数值等风暴潮预报方法.采用有限元方法能灵活的近似海岸线形状和海底形状,所得出的有限元公式能给出一个通用的计算机程序,适用于各个海区的预报工作.为计算简便,本文采用九点四边形Lagrange等参数元和分离时间的时间积分格式,从而使得程序简化,并大大节约内存和计算机时间.
I.
