目的观察氯沙坦和百灵胶囊联合治疗2型糖尿病肾病(T2DN)患者尿微量白蛋白的作用效果。方法 40例未服用ACEI类和ARB类药物的T2DN患者,随机分为对照组(氯沙坦组)20例,口服氯沙坦50 mg/d;治疗组20例,口服氯沙坦50 mg/d+百灵胶囊9 g/d,16周后治疗组与对照组比较治疗前后24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAE)、血钾、血肌酐。结果治疗组UAE明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗前后SCr、K+差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯沙坦和百灵胶囊联合应用能明显降低糖尿病肾病患者的蛋白尿水平。
Objective To observe the effect of urine microalbumin in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy (T2DN) treated with losartan and bailing capsules. Methods Twenty patients with T2DM who did not take ACEI and ARB were randomly divided into control group (losartan group) and oral losartan group (50 mg / d). The treatment group (n = 20) received losartan 50 mg / d + Braun’s capsule 9 g / d. After 16 weeks, the urinary albumin excretion rate (UAE), serum potassium and serum creatinine were compared between the treatment group and the control group 24 hours before and after treatment. Results The level of UAE in treatment group decreased significantly (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in SCr and K + between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion Losartan and Braun capsule can significantly reduce the proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
