为探明常用杀菌剂、杀虫剂在杨梅果实中的残留情况,选择了13种杨梅上常用的药剂,于2013—2015年连续3年,按照杨梅生产上常用的浓度,在杨梅春梢、果实生长发育期进行最终残留量试验。结果表明,在杨梅春梢、果实生长发育期喷施1次的条件下,7种杀菌剂达到低于最大残留限量参考值标准的天数分别为多菌灵56 d,苯醚甲环唑35 d,代森锰锌29 d,甲基硫菌灵28 d,嘧霉胺16 d,咪鲜胺10 d,戊唑醇10 d;6种杀虫剂分别为氯氰菊酯(农拜它)44 d,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐28 d,啶虫脒16 d,灭蝇胺16 d,氯虫苯甲酰胺(康宽)10 d,而氯氰菊酯(绿色威雷)采前35 d喷药1次,其在果实中的最终残留量为0.45 mg/kg,仍远高于浆果及小粒水果最大残留限量参考值0.2 mg/kg的标准。
