广州市轴承厂广大革命职工,在毛泽东思想的光辉指引下,高举“鞍钢宪法”的伟大旗帜,经过七十多天三十多次试验,制成以水代油淬火介质。这是一项具有重大意义的革新,目前已投入生产。采用以水代油淬火介质,每年节约工业用油25吨,计42,160元;减少清洗辅助工序,每年节约用电147,000度,计10,290元;节约清洗原料2.2吨,计6,600元。同时还减轻了劳动强度,减少了工序,提高了生产效率。主要技术指标:
