20世纪70年代,“罗伊诉韦德案”后,堕胎行为在美国宪法中得到认可,但有关堕胎问题的争议一直存在。本文从“罗伊诉韦德案”后的四位总统对于“墨西哥城政策”的不同作法及态度上入手,探讨美国国内堕胎政策对于其海外堕胎政策的延伸及影响,并且分析其中所反映出的美国政治的一些特点。
Abortion was recognized in the U.S. Constitution after the case of Roe v. Wade in the 1970s, but controversy over abortion has persisted. This article starts from the different approaches and attitudes of the four presidents after “Roe v. Wade ” to “Mexico City Policy ”, explores the extension and impact of the domestic abortion policy on its overseas abortion policy, and analyzes Which reflects some of the characteristics of American politics.
