“三产(服务业)抓拓展”作为河北省经济发展战略之一,其目标就是要充分挖掘河北省服务业优势资源,促进农业、工业和服务业的产业融合发展。本文首先分析河北省服务业存在的主要问题,在深刻剖析了影响河北省服务业发展的内外因素基础上提出发展服务业是实现河北省十二五服务业发展目标的需要、是实现河北省工业转型升级和推进河北省新型城镇化的需要。论文最后提出河北省发要大力培育服务业的后起优势重点做好四个方面工作:制定和完善产业扶持政策、加大对服务业领域的龙头企业的培育力度、搭建好省内服务业发展平台和利用好省外服务业发展平台。
As one of the economic development strategies of Hebei Province, its goal is to fully exploit the advantageous resources of service industry in Hebei Province and promote the industrial integration and development of agriculture, industry and service industries. This paper first analyzes the main problems existing in the service industry in Hebei Province. Based on the profound analysis of the internal and external factors that affect the development of the service industry in Hebei Province, it is suggested that developing the service industry is the goal of achieving the goal of service industry in the 12th Five-year of Hebei Province, Transformation and upgrading and promoting the new type of urbanization in Hebei Province needs. Finally, the paper puts forward that Hebei Province should make great efforts to cultivate the service industry and make the following four priorities: formulating and perfecting industrial support policies, strengthening the cultivation of leading enterprises in the field of service industry and building up the development of service industry in the province Platform and take advantage of the service platform for the development of the province.
