目的全面了解河北省豆制品质量安全状况,找出影响豆制品质量问题的主要原因,并为豆制品安全现状提出建议,保障人民群众饮食安全[1]。方法依据国家相关标准进行检测。结果全省流通领域共抽样345个批次,其中豆腐50个批次、豆腐丝64个批次、腐竹76个批次、腐乳76个批次、其他豆制品40个批次。其合格率分别为34.00%、25.64%、20.31%、93.42%、100.00%、40.00%。结论豆制品产品质量仍存在问题,有待于进一步加强。
Objective To comprehensively understand the quality and safety status of soy products in Hebei Province, find out the main reasons that affect the quality of soy products, and make recommendations for the safety status of soy products to ensure people’s food safety [1]. Methods According to the relevant national standards for testing. Results A total of 345 batches of samples were collected in circulation in the province, including 50 batches of tofu, 64 batches of tofu, 76 batches of yuba, 76 batches of preserved bean curd and 40 batches of other soy products. The passing rate was 34.00%, 25.64%, 20.31%, 93.42%, 100.00% and 40.00% respectively. Conclusion There are still some problems in the quality of soy products, which needs to be further strengthened.
