依照英语专业教学大纲统一编制的教材不能适应不同类型高校的英语专业之间的横向差异,固化的书本教材不能适应各校英语专业自身的动态发展,如何解决这种教育的静态资源和活性需求的矛盾?本文作者对此进行了深入的探讨,提出了数字化解决方案——发行权威、统一的英语专业核心教材,辅以助教型数字化教师资源手册、学生练习手册和开放式多媒体教学数据库。值得一提的是,这一方案不仅对高校英语专业教材活性体系的建构具有积极意义,也给中小学教材建设研究提供了有益的启示。
